Just starting but this place has loads of equipment, a ladies only area and several tanning areas. If you're looking for a place to get a good workout in at great rates check them out.

American Health and Fitness is a good gym. It’s usually clean but overcrowding at busy times can be overwhelming. There could be more classes and more variety. I do appreciate the women only section.

My favorite gym thus far. Has designated women's area, men's sauna, several tanning beds including a standing bed. Has cardiovascular room and offers classes with membership as well as designated child care times.

Love the weight room here and the classes offered. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. One thing that's kind of a downside there's a sauna available but only for men 🤔
